OFFICIAL RULES

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Motion Driven LLC and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The sweepstakes begins on [START DATE] at 12:00 AM CT and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.

Entry with purchase: every $1 spent in the store during the Sweepstakes Period automatically earns entries at the posted rate, including any advertised multiplier promotions.

Free mail-in entry (AMOE): to enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, address, email, phone number and date of birth on a 3×5 card and mail it in an envelope to: Motion Driven LLC, [MAILING ADDRESS]. One card per envelope. Mail-in entries receive the same base entries as a $10 purchase and must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within 7 days of its end.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all entry methods.

One (1) Grand Prize: [PRIZE DESCRIPTION] plus [CASH AMOUNT] cash, with a combined approximate retail value of [ARV]. No cash alternative or prize substitution is offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, title, insurance, and transport unless expressly stated otherwise. Prize is non-transferable.

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. The drawing will be recorded and posted publicly. The potential winner will be contacted by email from our official domain and must respond within 5 business days and complete an affidavit of eligibility, or an alternate winner may be selected. We will never contact winners by DM first, and claiming a prize never requires payment.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state and prize photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or Shopify.
